Containment is an essential step in the mold remediation process. Mold is contained using containment barriers to keep mold from spreading to other areas of the property. A containment is created where we transfer mold spores and other contaminants out of the building safely and in accordance with both IICRC and EPA requirements.
We use commercial grade HEPA vacuums, which can trap particles as small as .03 microns. We go over every inch of the affected area to thoroughly extract mold.
Finally, we treat the affected area with plant-based antimicrobial spray that will stop additional mold growth and disinfect surfaces.
